Medical Transcription Course Terms and Conditions
1. If the purchaser of the Future Medical Transcriptionist course is not 100% satisfied a refund may be requested for any reason within 30 Days after the enrollment materials are received in the mail. The refunded amount, less shipping costs, will be processed and delivered to the purchaser in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, customers must submit in writing to the Future MT corporate office along with the original MT Course with all of its original content. Once the course materials have been received, normal processing time is 2-3 weeks before a refund is received in the mail.
2. Once you pass the Medical Transcriptionist course, receive your Certificate of Completion and submit a resume, Future MT has 60 days to find you employment opportunities. If you are not employed or have not received a job offer, you will be qualified to access to our employment services for one year absolutely FREE.
3. Included in the cost of this course is a 15% packaging & processing fee, both of these are included in your MT course price, and are non-refundable. If a refund is requested 31-60 days after the purchase date, an additional 35% will be deducted from the refund. If a refund is requested more than 60 days after the purchase date the customer will not be entitled to a refund. All fees are based on the full retail value of the Future Medical Transcriptionist course at the time of purchase; including customers who purchase the course on a payment plan.
4. If the course materials are not returned in NEW condition and are not resalable, the customer's refund will be deducted the retail rate of each item that was damaged. If the textbook is damaged or written in, there may be a $50 deduction. If the foot pedal is damaged, there may be a $69 deduction. If the CD-Rom packaging seal is broken, there may be a $50 deduction. If all the course materials are returned in the same new condition in which they were received, there will be no deductions for damaged course materials.
5. Graduates of the Future Medical Transcriptionist course are asked to give full consideration to becoming employees of our affiliate companies. If a company in our Education Alliance requests more information or wishes to schedule an interview from a particular student, the student is asked to follow the normal hiring procedures of the interested employer. If a student is only seeking work from home jobs, then it is acceptable to turn down opportunities that do not allow the student to work at home. This section of the terms and conditions is not strictly enforced, but it has been included to encourage students to not abuse the employment services guarantee. Future MT only asks that students be fair to all the other students seeking employment after graduation by giving serious consideration to any employer that request an interview, so that all students have the maximum chance of gaining employment right after graduation.
