It might seem like this question is a bit old-fashioned for 2010. After all, women have been in the workforce for more than half a century. Discussions over first wave, second wave and third wave have not grown stale, however. Today's woman, particularly younger women, feel as though they have a choice. A career is not a necessity as it once was thought to be. Some women seem to move with ease between the working world and family life, opting to stay at home to be a mother and home maker when the children are younger - often leaving lucrative careers to do so - and returning to the workforce after the children enter school.
But what if you want to juggle your career and your family life at the same time? Yes, you can do that too.
We don't want to make it seem as if the medical transcription profession is just for women. Many men choose this profession as well.
